Tomica's
Vamos - sometimes known as the golf cart. The earlier Made in Japan
Vamos' had a reclining front seat with a vertical bar that looks like a
roof support. The newer Made in China ones have shorter seats that
don't recline. The Japanese models also have a detailed
undercarriage compared to the featureless baseplate of the newer ones.
The earlier version:

1E wheeled Vamos

Packaged for the US in Pocket Cars blisters

The later, made in China ones.
Honda issued Vamos with some additional detailing.
